Privacy Policy

Benjamin Restaurant Group respects and is committed to protecting your privacy and all information provided to us when you make a purchase. We automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and log files.  Your payment and personal information is always safe.

 

Returns

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided.

 

Restrictions

You may not use a Gift Card to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, or otherwise will be deemed void. Unused Gift Cards may not be transferred.

 

 Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Gift Card, please contact info@bsh.com immediately. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proof of purchase. Gift Cards have cash value and should be treated accordingly.

 

Shipping and Handling

Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be processed. Orders are sent via USPS standard mail.  Please note the following Federal Holidays when there will be a delay in shipping: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Every step of the way, Benjamin Restaurant Group and Sparks Pay protect sensitive data and personal information. Every Spark Pay Reader encrypts sensitive card data with VeriFone’s VeriShield Protect (VSP). VSP is an end-to-end encryption solution that encrypts cardholder data the instant it’s read by the card reader — ensuring that no unencrypted sensitive data is passed to device, app, or the network. Sensitive card data is never saved on the reader, network, or the app and always meet PCI PA-DSS best practices. Your card details are processed on a server behind PCI DSS approved firewalls and Sparks Pay logs and monitors all access to our network’s resources and regularly tests their network’s security.
